How to Get Rid of Blackheads and Whiteheads in an Easy Way

One thing that can be a woman’s best asset is a clear and beautiful skin. And one way to make this happen is to take good care of it every day and never missing out any of the things in the routine. One main concern that we have in our faces is having blackheads and whiteheads from the nose and the face and anywhere in the T-zone. Here are a few home remedies that we can give to effectively get rid of the unnecessary black and white patches on your face.

1. A combination of honey, sugar, and lemon serves as a natural sponge that helps remove blackheads and whiteheads.

HOW: Pour honey in the surface of a half-cut lemon and sprinkle two pinches of sugar in it, more preferably cane sugar. Massage the mixture into the affected areas of your face in circular motion.

2. Vaseline and Plastic wrap right after a shower is always the best time for application because the pores will be opened by heat from the water.

HOW: Apply Vaseline on the area of the face with blackheads and whiteheads and put a plastic wrap over it. Apply a hot towel with the wrap still in place; let it stay until it turns into the normal room temperature. Remove excess Vaseline from your face through a tissue and gently squeeze the part of your pores into the skin where the blackheads are clogged. Afterwards, soak a cotton pad in a lotion and wipe it over your skin.

3. Coconut and essential oils contain properties that are good for treating blackheads and whiteheads.

HOW: Put ¼ cup of coconut oil in a jar and soften it in the microwave. Afterwards, add 10 drops of lemon, lavender, and tea tree oils. Stir them all until smooth. Apply the solution by using a cotton ball both in the morning and in the evening after washing your face. Seal the solution in a jar and keep at room temperatures.

4. A mix of cinnamon and oat flour added with a little warm water is also a good solution to blackheads and whiteheads.

HOW: A teaspoon of flour and a cinnamon powder of the same measurement mixed with a little amount of water makes a thick cream. Using your fingertips, apply this on your face in circular motion and scrub for at least a minute and rinse it off with cold water.
