Bleaching has been a trend these days, and even still unknown to some, there are various ways to actually make it all natural and safe. Here are some of the natural ingredients that could be used as natural bleach:
Potatoes can be a great natural bleaching agent because of its mild acidic properties. Additionally, this is unlike any other bleaching agent that could possibly cause skin irritation. Simply rub a thin slice of potato on your underarms or apply the juice of a grated potato. Allow it to dry for at least 15 minutes and then use lukewarm water to wash it off.
Same with potatoes, cucumbers also contain bleaching properties to help lighten the skin. The application goes with the same application as with potatoes. This can be done once or twice every day until you are contented with the results. Alternatively, the juice of the cucumber can be mixed with turmeric powder and lemon juice and can then be applied on the area you want.
Because of its dominant antibacterial and antiseptic properties, lemon can also be used as natural bleach. But beware because this can cause your skin to be dry, so better apply a moisturizer after using lemon as bleach.
If you wish to exfoliate and get rid of dark underarms at the same time, baking soda is a very good exfoliating scrub to remove dead skin cells which causes dark underarms. To do this, just make a thick paste by adding water to baking soda, scrub them I your underarms and wash off and pat dry. This can be repeated at least three times a week.
This may be considered to be directly thrown on garbage bins, but orange peels can be used to lighten underarms. They have skin lightening and exfoliating properties that are very much effective especially when they are completely dried under the sun for a few days.
