Exercises to Flatten Your Tummy

Having a flat tummy is definitely and all-girls dream! I mean who would have not dreamed of having a flattering tummy especially that summer is here?

 

Looking at the many videos online on how to flatten tummy is so easy than actually doing it first-hand. These women in the video are just looking so fantastic and just great that made us ask the question H-O-W?

 

They have the most flattering tummy simply because they worked hard for it and they earned it. They did not sleep or dance their way to it; they only worked hard consistently!

 

At the end of the day, it’s all up to you! Yes, you whether you are really mentally, emotionally and physically ready to for a change. Because no matter how to try to work things out, if you don’t have your whole mind and heart on it, you’ll end up giving up!

 

So, anyways are you ready? Here are our three simple exercise activities that will surely give you that flat tummy for once and for all. But remember, C-O-N-S-I-S-T-E-N-C-Y!!!

1. Plank

Lie down on your tummy and then use your palms and toes to lift your weight up.

Pull your tummy muscles up and inhale and exhale deeply into the side and at the back of the rib cage.

Hold it for 30 seconds for beginners then, gradually increase the time as you go forward

 

2. Hundred Exercise

Bring the legs into a table top form and keep hip-width apart.

Lift your arms up off the floor and give your head a little lift

Bring the neck, and chest upwards, be mindful not to hurt the neck just taking the pressure to the tummy

Begin to pulse from the arms up and down.

If you wish to improve the pose, stretch the legs up towards the sky

Hold the tummy muscles taught and try to continue for 60 seconds.

 

3. Static Tiger Pose

Put your both hands and knees on the floor.

Lift up one leg and stretch the opposite arm.

Hold this pose for 5 seconds

Do the start position and exchange sides, extending the arm and the opposite leg

Look down to the mat to keep the spine aligned. This exercise will help strengthen your core.
