Yes, we know you’ve already prepared for a summer-ready body and now is the time to flaunt them. But remember summer is not just about beachin’, it’s also about food, food, and more foods! And if you ditch your exercise, you might be gaining extra weight before summer ends.

Don’t go boozin’ all the time
Summer is all good time and fun time which means drinking is a huge part of it. We aren’t saying you should stay away from parties – completely (well, duh who does?) All we say is don’t drink too much.
